As a therapist, my approach is grounded in a deep commitment to helping you navigate the journey of finding your authentic self. I believe that true freedom and life satisfaction come from a good understanding of oneself and the ability to live in alignment with your genuine values and desires.

I work integratively, which simply means that I use different modalities and techniques to support you. I value Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness and Compassion based approaches, Attachment and Somatic based techniques.
