I'm Kasia (she/her)

I’m a therapist specialising in self-worth and navigating life transitions. I help individuals who feel fragmented and overwhelmed find their inner strength and stability. Together, we work on building self-compassion, managing anxiety, and fostering healthier relationships. Let's embark on a journey to meet your authentic self and create a life that truly resonates with you.

Many of the people I work with struggle with:

  • Low self-esteem and self-doubt. No matter what others say, it never seems enough to  fill that gap inside you

  • Anxious or overwhelming feelings

  • Uncertainty around identity, relationships, or life direction

  • A sense of being fragmented and lonely - as if parts of themselves don’t quite fit together


My work is about helping you reconnect with your core self — the part of you that can feel safe, steady, and confident from within so you can feel more grounded, whole, and peaceful.

I am often work with folks from LGBTQAI+ communities and diverse creative backgrounds.
